Uses:
Waterborne wood paint, emulsion paint system and other water-soluble coating systems.
Features:
HX535 resin is partially methylated melamine formaldehyde resin, which has moderate alkylation, high hydroxymethyl content and high imamine.
HX535 has good compatibility with water-soluble anionic polymers, dispersions and emulsions.
HX535 resin can be highly self-contracted, improve the hardness of paint film and improve the anti-thermoplastic of water-soluble polymers.
HX535 is used to adjust the PH to neutral, with proper stability, and with any PH of 7.0 ~ 8.5 amine based bridging agent, it can be stable.
HX535 requires weak acid catalyst under normal baking conditions. Using weak acid (organic acid or inorganic acid) as catalyst forming paint film, it is very effective.

HX5130
Use:
Electric coating coating, high - solid coating, tank container coating (especially surface contact food or beverage containers), coil coating, metal decorative coating.
1. Water-based coating
The HX5130 resins in the paint and water base coatings are of excellent stability and should be added to the paint before dilution.
2. Organic solvent paint
HX5130 resin can extract content is extremely low, used in high solid coatings, is completely methylation methylation, partially or completely butadiene styrene resin, less weightlessness during curing, have fast permeability reduction and good metal surface; When the paint film is thicker, curing does not produce air bubbles.
Features:
High solids and low free formaldehyde, good salt resistance and good water insolubility.
HX5130 are highly alkyl ether melamine formaldehyde resin, aqueous and organic solvents containing carboxyl, hydroxyl or amide group such as epoxy resin, alkyd resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin and vinyl polymer and cellulose, such as polymer of multipurpose bridging agent.
HX5130 resin is soluble in most organic solvents, insoluble in water, and can be arbitrarily diluted with most water-based resin systems.

HX5158
Purpose:
High solid industrial paint, automobile baking paint, home electric spraying paint, general industrial paint.
Features:
HX5158 is a highly butyl cyanide formaldehyde resin with good solubility and can be cured quickly at low temperature. With hydroxyl group, carboxyl group and amide group, it can solidify the reaction well.
HX5158 high solid components, low foaming properties, good solubility, rapid and low temperature curing reaction, baking loss less, low formaldehyde flavor, tightness, salt resistance and weathering resistance.
HX5158 is completely soluble in most alcohols, polyols, ether alcohols, ketones, lipids, aromatic species, and chlorinated solvents. Partially soluble in vinyl alcohol, aliphatic hydrocarbons and nitrifying solvents, but insoluble in water, whereas 40/60, 30/70 and 20/80 water/ethanol blends can increase its solubility.
HX5158 is compatible with most long, medium, short-oil alkyd resin, polyester, acrylic acid, epoxy resin, cellulose and low molecular weight polyols. Compatible with most anionic waterborne resin, most water-based resins are limited in use due to their low water tolerance.
HX5158 with weak acid catalyzer curing reaction, in the average temperature of 125 ℃ or high temperature baking, 20 minutes, no catalytic agent, such as low temperature or a shorter time you may need to add activator to catalysis.
